There’s no pressure to prove yourself or keep up with anyone else — you can develop at your own pace, build confidence and discover what BJJ can bring to your life.
And your training is never limited to Women Only classes. As a CorDees Adult member, you’re free to choose the classes that work for you — train exclusively with other women, join our mixed Adult classes, or enjoy a combination of both. Your BJJ journey is yours to shape.
